How can you sell at such great prices?
We buy in bulk direct from wholesalers and keep overheads low. We have large volume sales which allows us to keep our margins low. Our shipping is not expensive and most importantly is very reliable.

How do I place an order ?
Ordering at our website is simple. Find a product you wish to order and click. Simply fill in the information on the form then click on the send button to send an order form to The Pharmacy Express. Goods will be dispatched promptly, as soon as we have verified your credit card details. All orders are received via a secure server, to ensure that your details are kept private and to guarantee you peace of mind. Your credit card will be charged in the amount indicated on your order and this includes postage and packaging. We can deliver to any address, including Post Office Boxes. Any items that are out of stock will be notified to you by email.

The Shopping Cart will not complete the order?
On some browsers the shopping cart program does malfunction. You may need to delete the cookies and try again. This can be done by going to your browser, click on tools , click on internet options. You will then see 'Temporary Internet Files' , delete them, click on apply and OK. You may then try again.

Mine is an International Order?
You are responsable for the importation of your order. A helpful website would be www.fda.gov/. This is the Federal Drug Administration website who control all pharmaceuticals. They can advise on what drugs are legal to import and which ones are not.

What Guarantee's do you offer?
At The Pharmacy Express we support our products and services with a 100% guarantee. All our products are sourced from reputable international pharmaceutical companies and suppliers. If your purchase is faulty in any way we'll be pleased to replace it. Our shipping gives a 10-28 days guarantee. If you do not recieve it within 28 days of shipping,at your request, we will reship the order at our expense. All our products are brand name FDA approved pharmaceutical's or their generic equivalent. At The Pharmacy Express we believe that our clients are our business and we treat all clients with this respect.

Shipping Info?
We offer Registered Airmail which takes 10-28 days. All orders are sent with a shipping number which we can trace. Registered airmail while being a little slower than express shipping is more reliable and more discreet. If an order is not recieved within the 28 days of shipping we ask you to contact us and we will have it reshipped at our expense. Please Note: Times are an indication of arrival times after shipping. It does not take into account delays due to out of stock items on backorder and postal service problems.

Can I track my order?
No. We are able to obtain a shipping number from the postal service and put a trace on it. This can take a few weeks. You have nothing to worry about because our guarantee to you is to reship at your request if you have not recieved your order within 28 days of shipping. Please keep in touch with our customer service staff if you have any queries regarding the shipping of your order.

I have not recieved my order ?
If you have not recieved your order please contact us after the shipping time has expired. ie. 28 days for Registered Air Mail. Please under no circumstances make chargebacks against your credit card without first contacting us. We can always sort out any problems. Remember, we guarantee delivery or we will reship your order at our cost.

Customs have seized my order?
We estimate that between 3 and 5% of all orders are seized by customs. If your order is unfortunately seized and held by customs we will reship to you as per our reship policy. If you have not recieved your order within 28 days of the shipping date will promise to reship. Please contact us when the 28 days has expired and we will organise the reship at our expense.

How does the charge appear on my credit card statement?
We cannot offer credit card purchases.

Is a signature required?
Yes. When the order is delivered it will require a signature however if you are not at home the postal service will leave a card to advise you to pick up the parcel from your local post office. This is the most reliable, safe and discreet form of shipping available.

Where are you?
We have shipping facilities in the South Pacific, Europe and Asia. The shipping address depends on the product you have ordered and from which manufacturer or wholesaler it is being supplied.

What countries can't you ship to?
We are currently unable to ship to Germany, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and Nigeria.

Can I purchase controlled or scheduled drugs from your pharmacy?
We DO NOT provide SCHEDULED or CONTROLLED pharmaceuticals. We also strongly recommend that you visit your doctor before placing an order.

What is the maximum amount I can charge to my credit card?
CREDIT CARDS ARE UNAVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. There is a maximum of $500.00usd that can be charged to a credit card for a single transaction. Any attempt to charge an amount in excess of this will result in a declined error. If this happens please reduce the order to be within the $500.00usd limit.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept ECheck / ACH ( checking accounts ) and Moneygram.

Will you accept ECheck (ACH) as a form of payment?
Yes we do accept ECheck (ACH) as a form of payment from our United States clients. The payment will appear as Healthy choice-1 866 798 2623

What is Moneygram and how does it work ?
Moneygram is a service to send money internationally. They charge a fee but the money is available internationally instantly. It is very easy. All you do is place an order and print out the confirmation. You visit your local Moneygram representative ( these can be found at their website - www.moneygram.com ) or use their online service and send the value of your order to the reciever details provided to you on your confirmation. Once you have sent the money you will recieve a receipt with a reference number. This number and the other reciever details need to be emailed to admin@thepharmacyexpress.com. As soon as we accept the money we will confirm the order and ship the product. All of our orders are guaranteed so if a refund is required we will use the same service to refund your money.

How will my ECheck (ACH) payment appear on my statement ??
Your purchase will appear as Healthy choice-1 866 798 2623 on your statement.

How long does it take for my ECheck to clear?
It will clear same or by next business day.

What information do I need to input for a ECheck payment? The routing number (nine digits) and account number. No check number necessary. Usually this information is on the bottom of the check
